Ok first of all i know this is an odd request, but My wife, myself and a handful of artists are setting up a community based group which provides affordable studio space for artists and photographer. We are a non profit organisation and are still in the midsts of setting up, gathering funding equipment etc.
We are based in Burnley Lancs.
As part of the whole organisation we are setting up workshops for the community and schools and one of these will be photography based as we have (including myself) 3 photographers on board. As funding from the arts council does not cover all the equipment I am asking around for camera and possibly lens donations etc. Not overly fussed over brand, megapixels, just as long as it is in working order really.
I am also sending a batch of mails out to the Manufacturers to see if they can help out. I thought i would enquire here first.

we have a facebook page here
http://www.facebook.com/artexchangestudios#!/pages/Art-Exchange-Studios/293412569436?ref=ts
and soon we will be on
artexchangestudios.org

As an extra we have been talking to Tim Wallace who is willing to come along and give a seminar when we open, so i will post more details as and when that will be happening.

Many Thanks in advance
