Call customer services they are very helpful. Often just refusing delivery is enough, as it will go back to amazon. I reported something broken and it turned out it wasnt. They sent me another. I returned it, and they didnt even charge me for postage. Even though it was my fault I had two.

I got one of those cases - they are brilliant.  Balances perfectly on my [ahem] slightly rotund belly!

I got sent two of something this week by Amazon too.  Perhaps they have a glitch in their system.  For me it was a Card Reader, and I decided to keep both as I wanted one in multiple locations anyway.
