Well just home from the hospital after my knee op.  Hopefully it will all be fixed.  Shaved and repaired a torn maniscus and cut some tissue in half that was tangled in with my cartlidge.

Its blo**y sore so hopefully will eventually ease off.  Gives me a few days off work though
