Hey Peachy,

That's sound like the sort of thing I've been trying to do, I did a little Access many years ago in a training course, but then never used it for years, now I can't remember most of it other than I know that once I get a suitable one designed it'll be great.  I'm going to have to buy a 'Access' manual I think.  My database is very basic.

Not wanting to stir it too much but wouldn't it just be easier for everybody to use a piece of bespoke software designed for the job? Oz's FotoSF just does it all. Way back when I operated my own studios I used the 'Photographic Manager' and at the time it was an all encompassing piece of work. Why cut corners and make do when time and I mean your time, in business is most important. Even if you just use the potential of the marketing functions you will negate the initial outlay quickly. Hey, Photography first...no sessions or bookings...no money!
