<1st rant>The latest newsletter just hit my inbox. And I've just done the survey about Imagemaker. If you haven't done too... go and do it now!!! The more of us tell what we like and don't like the more HQ have to go on so that we can get the magazine that we all desire.</1st rant  Cool>

But I digress... (oh how unusual  Roll Eyes Embarrassed laugh)

<2nd rant Wink >

Last time the newsletter came around I saw an ad for Portrait Professional 9 and it jarred. I've just seen it again and it is like fingernails down a blackboard.

I LOVE FRECKLES.  partybeer

Why oh why oh why do people see the need/desire to obscure these lovely things? What a shame that such natural beauty is masked to oblivion.

As far as I am aware the model in question that was brutally bombarded with an airbrush is not alone, apparently there are another three of them that were subjected to the same "remedy" Huh?.

  I Heart Freckles too! (Perhaps we need a Heart emoticon now!)

Next week I'm photographing a delightful 5 year old girl with red hair down to her waist and loads of freckles as part of an exhibition I'm mounting on 'Natural Red Hair'.

I have to say I really don't like freckles at all *shudder* (don't know why, just really don't) however.......if someone has them and likes them they should stay, as its not for us to say what is perfect and what isn't. its like moles, should we remove? No, not unless requested!!
