Are any of you going to the awards dinner? We're going although I just haven't gotten round to booking it yet!
I'm pretty bad with names and faces so if anyone recognizes me from my avatar please come on over and say hello!!
And a typical female question... is there any kind of dress code for the evening?!!

Hi Sofie
I should be there. I believe the dress code is black tie / formal. See you there.

Black tie? Really? Or is that a "now remember, it IS fancy dress" type practical joke gag-type scenario?

Regarding the dress code... I have called the office and they said not jeans but more of a 'casual dress code'.

Just to confirm, Saturday night is casual, Sunday is a more formal dress code (Shirt + Tie)

I emailed Phil with this question but I thought it might not a bad idea to post it here as well. I have a very nice black tuxedo and will bring it if I have to for the Sunday night awards dinner but is it possible I can wear a coat and tie instead? Because winter clothes is not as light as summer clothes and take a lot of extra effort to pack, I am trying to limit the amount of clothing to bring with me to London.
