Had a fantastic day down in the Underground with John Denton - a fabulous learning experience in a very unique location.  As is typical of these seminars it does tend to be a little bit of a scrum, but John made sure everyone got plenty opportunity to get their own shots whilst maintaining a good teaching environment.

Big up to all the rest of the fellow Light Monkees for your great company and teaching advice during the week - great fun.

Thanks to Vivienne and Fredau for being such awesome models on all my sessions and for Fredau for posing in the pub on our night out! Colorworld led us into bad ways!

Looking forward to more Monkee action in a couple of weeks with everyone in York.

It was easily the best day I've had this year. So much and it was brilliant meeting up with everyone again. Hopefully I'll see everyone again soon.
I think the disease was probably helped with a the cleasing effects of alcohol
Cant get up to York, but I'll definitely pop up soon.
