I would like to say a huge thanks to all the Joneses and Swpp staff who have done such an amazing job this week. The convention is the best I have been to and there is just so much going on. It is a huge achievement once again and great to catch up with friends old and new. I am sad it is coming to an end but will definitely be putting the dates for next year in the diary.  Off for a rest now before the awards dinner tonight but thank you again, it has been brilliant!

I have just arrived home in a state of hyper shell-shock after 4 days intensive, rewarding and enjoyable experience.

I too would like to echo Bev's sentiments but also to the other photographers who were hugely supportive and friendly (you know who you are) and also those that gave up their time to give information.

Thank you one and all  partybeer

To every single team member who has contributed to this week.

Well done, a fantastic effort, people have enjoyed the hard work that you have put in to make this event the success it is.

A great event.  I managed to spend 5 days there this year as compared to 1 last year.  Every day I learned an incredible amount and really enjoyed the whole thing.  I've now got loads of notes to write up before I forget the lot!

Thanks to all contributors.

It was a huge success. Not an easy achievement for something so large. A logistical challenge of mammoth proportions. I enjoyed every moment of it. I was considering staying at the Novotel next year, if that's where it's going to be, but I thought better of it when I saw the prices they charge for everything. There's paying over the odds and then there's taking the pi**! A fiver for a 75p chicken and mushroom slice? Talk about a captive audience! Shocked

Anyway, that is my only gripe, and it isn't really a gripe, just an observation and something that can be easily avoided next year by just bringing some lunch/drinks with me.

I didn't realise just how little free time I would have. Didn't get a minute on Saturday from getting up at 6.15 to leaving the Novotel at about 8.30.

Now I don't know which bit of new stuff to practise first. There's just so much!! Smiley
