I'd just like to say a huge thank you to the Jones's and everybody at the Society, I have yet again had a fantastic week. Really can't thank you all enough for putting on such a brilliant week.

I'd also like to thanks everybody who attended my seminars and gave me great feedback, you all helped add to a fantastic week.

Thirdly I'd like to thanks everybody on the judging who gave all of my entered images a merit and also awarded me with 'overall portrait winner' in the 20x16 competition. I am so happy words cannot describe it.

Thanks to all my friends both new and old, it's so nice to have met so many nice people in the industry. We are very fortunate people to be blessed with such nice people and to be able to make a living from taking photographs, the convention has got me buzzing for the year ahead and once reassured me that I am in the right business.

Wishing everybody a great 2011, lets make this one count!

It was great to meet so many people 'in the flesh' , even better to discover that everyone
was soo very nice and generous with their time and expertise.

It truly was a very well deserved award Richie. You put the effort in mate.

Goes to show the rest of us how the dedication to our craft that you have is definitely the right thing to have!

Keep up the effort and keep shooting more and more inspirational images partybeer partybeer

Thanks all, it really means so much to me. Winning is one thing but having so many nice friends in the industry is brilliant. I'm quite sad to be back now.

Thanks to you Richie as well. The "John and Richie" show on members day was a good laugh but also massively useful with plenty of practical tips that I will make sure I include in my wedding photography and the portrait work and talk you gave at the end was truly inspirational. It was even nicer to walk out of the room to see all your pics being put up on the winners wall, that really is talking the talk and then walking it!

Cheers
