I'm looking to pick up a prime 50 lens for my Nikon, quite happy for it to be rather old as long as its in good working order

50 1.8 available here for £79. I recently bought one from MPB for the same price, it's a cracking little lens. I can recommend MPB too, next day delivery and a 6 month warranty. I considered the 1.4, but decided the 1.8 would be suitable for my needs for a fraction of the price, not been disappointed at all. I'm using mine on a D3 and a D7000 (where it becomes a very nice 75 1.8!

FFordes, Grays of westminster and MPB (in alphabetical order) check incoming kit very carefully and are very strict with grading.  I'm happy to buy from them.
