The Pellier Noir one is 9 foot wide but you can get a smaller one from Lastolite who made Pauls.

I have both, recently got hold a second hand Pellier in perfect condition. The small one is much easier to handle if doing single portraits though.

Hi Richard and Martin I have looked at the small one from lastolite and for events it is just too small so my quest continues.

He does rent them out;

May be worth e-mailing him and asking if he has any for sale.

Drop Paul an email, he usually orders them in batches of 20, get your name on the list!

Where abouts are you, I have a couple, if there not both in use at the same time and your local then you could always borrow one of ours. Ian griffiths was advertising one for sale too not so long ago so it might be worth contacting him to see if it's still available?

Too late there Trudy, I bought Ian's at the EPS event.  Grin
