A great big THANK YOU to everybody that attended a masterclass, stopped to speak with me, asked questions, waved from a distance, enjoyed the RNLI exhibition, donated to the RNLI ;0), and congratulated me on my Grand Master award...
as cheesy as it sounds Team McGillicuddy put themselves through the wringer for YOU!

Loved your classes - you have a wonderfully sneaky way of delivering knowledge, disguised as entertainment, which cheats the brain into understanding previously confusing concepts. They were really and truly amazing and at a time when tragedy struck in the Mediteranean, it brought to the fore the need to keep raising the profile of these life saving people who do such a dangerous job for hardly more than a thank you. So if anyone reading this thread did not give a donation at the convention now is the time to show your support by sending Colin a cheque for the lifeboat men and women who keep doing such wonderful work.
