Anyone that who want to help needs to make sure that they email either Terrie or myself on terrie@swpp.co.uk or juliet@swpp.co.uk need to be free either 7th Jan to 14th Jan or 10th Jan to the 14th Jan.

The new venue looks fantastic!  I am loving the extra bars and restaurants - that is what really let the Novotel down.  The conference space sounds great as does the Saturday night party.  Bring it on!

Don't mind sharing a room with another person and wants to work hard as it is hard work?

Hard work it is indeed - be prepared for early morning starts, late night finishes (not always in the bar!  ) and plenty of walking but the rewards for being part of the team at this wonderful event are worth it alone.

Can I ask if there will be reduced room rates for members?  The room only rate (even through agencies) is around £240/night   That's way expensive even on a shared basis

Discounted rates will be available - will confirm tomorrow the prices

Advance room rates if booked now £99 a night on hotel website for a twin no breakfast. But thats without tax, so for thursday to monday it is £475 a night. £250 a night is a king suite, £150 for a executive.

Im not a travel agent, this is just on thier site on advanced bookings, and will probably change.

How many days to go? And I'm looking forward to it already. Never mind the room rates it's the bar bill we all need to save up for ;-). ( Just seen my bank statement with lots of "Novotel Bar" entries LOL )
