I eat 4-5 chocolate bars a day, no breakfast but 2  main meals instead and lots of biscuits with tea in the evening, I do swim about 5k a week, but mainly I eat junk and sit at the computer for 8 hours a day.

Im not really that healthy, although I did use the gym at the convention (once)

Dave, you had to get a red key card from reception so I was told. (someone was kind enough to let me in) Im glad they did as i would have felt uncomfortable going to the reception in shorts with so many cameras about.

They had free apples and a tv on the running machines.

I used up so much energy I had to have a Snickers bar afterwards to undo all the good work I had done.

I use an ancient yoga technique called 'Vodaorangeo', it utilises 'very deep breathing exercises', that invigorate those parts of the body that don't normally get a lot of circulation or exercise.

It's a great form of meditation, and the best thing about it is, 'you practice while you're on the phone'.   police

But normally I go mountain biking. Its more healthy.  Grin
