Ok you won’t believe it...Guess what ...
The Novotel Hotel after a couple of phone calls
My money has been refunded to my Visa Account....OK

Then Therese was just looking at my account tonight and because of the Sterling Rate of exchange
I am out by €30 ....and then Therese sees that I have now been re charged and by double the amount
A whopping £ 1239.40 Sterling.....

So I am after spending the best past of the last hour and half talking and telling Visa that it has happened
again and that I will not be paying them any of this fraudulent transaction or any of the short fall in the rate of exchange
And they told me that if the Hotel don’t refund it I am still liable for this shortfall.....

So I have been talking with this Lovely hotel staff and of course there is no one there till Monday.....aghhhhhhhhhhhhhh

SO Again....please Please keep a very sharp eye on your credit cards ......

I will keep you all posted as this event unfolds......

Hi Michael....No sour taste about the weekend...I loved every minute of it...the convention
is one thing I look forward to every year.....



but that Hotel   aghhhhhhh   I am sure it will be all sorted....
