I've finished editing the wedding photos from Saturday and the portrait photos from Sunday and they're on the web. I have no bookings for this week. What will I do with myself?

If anyone suggests housework...............

Well I know what I'd do - I'd go and relax by taking photographs!  Cool Wink

But working on your marketing to not have a quiet period is an alternative! Shocked

Yeah, good idea, both of them. Looks like rain so unless I do some photos indoors or 'weather' photos I think it might have to be marketing. If no one else comes up with any other ideas.....

I update mine every time I upload more photos. Can't do anything else. I guess you mean update the whole look of it though. I'd say I do that about every six months or so. Not big changes usually though. If it aint broke....

Peachy

This month by the time I get to the 24th I will have done 1 quad weekend (thurs/fri/sat/sun weddings) a double and two triples, I don't have a wedding on the last weekend in August, after editing the jobs from the final three to do on the 22/23/24th I will have around a week off, will I (A) walk the dog, go to the beach, chill in the garden etc etc or (B) find some photo related work to do and not have any time off until November. Embarrassed

Answers on a £50.00 note please.

Smudge.

I would of course get more time off and get jobs done sooooo much quicker if every couple of hours I didn't log on here!!

peachy, my suggestion would be to go out and buy Henri Cartier Bresson's book "the man, the image and the world", then sit down with a nice latte or whatever drink takes your fancy and chill for a day, flicking aimlessly through the reportage and remembering the times when you were that busy that you wished you had an hour to yourself!!!........ aidan
