Why oh why do so many of the masterclasses I want to go to clash? Take Friday 3pm for example ... Robin Whetton, Gordon McGowan. Morag MacDonald and Mohammed Jogie - I want to go to all of these!

Anyone have a magic body splitting pill?

Robin Whetton is speaking again on the Saturday at 12.00-14.00 in the Beaujolias and Mohammed Jogie is speaking Saturday 10.30-11.30

Hope this helps.

I am having the same problem, I want to go to at least to of the classes at the same time... really hard narrowing it down.  Huh?

I just keep going through them and trying to work out which one will be best for me and the business to move forward

Hi Jerry

Based on my experience from last year, i make a detailed schedule of the days i will be in attendance. this year it wil be from wednesday to Sunday

to fully benefit from the convention, schedule the masterclasses you feel your business needs first, then where there is a clash, list the second choice at that time. (look to see if the speaker if covering the same topic on another day) Last year some classes where either cancelled or the timings changed which may interfere with the rest of your schedule at another time/day.

Include in your schedule Tea breaks, lunch breaks & trade show times. If it helps any one or first timers to the convention iam happy to share my schedule with you to give you a just an idea (which you can change) if you havent alread made one for yourself.

enjoy the convention

It's as bad for the speakers - there are a couple I want to hear whilst I am speaking!

That's what i did last year, and what I've done this year - that was how I found the clashes.

And we#ve used the same sort of filtering system too . what will benfit the business most getting precedence over what might be the most exciting!

The post really was just like an exasperated sigh! But thanks for all the comments!
