Wondering what the parking is like at the Novotel?

Last year it worked out about £1 and hour at the Novotel, so if your there for a few days it can add up to quite a lot we paid £47 for about 2 days.

I think the hotel parking fills up as well.  Last year we found another car park about a 5-10 minute walk away but that was a pain because we had to top it up every day.  It only let you put in enough for I think 24 hours.  And that wasn't cheap either.  It was cheaper than the Novetel but I'm not sure it was worth the hassle of parking further away and having to return to top it up.

Perhaps there is someone else who can recommend somewhere to park.

I have solved the parikng problem.

I am going down on the train, at £12 a day or so for parking the train seems the best option for me.

Although if there are a group of you going then the car is the cheaper option with splitting the costs.
