This is similar to the technical support I used to get from my first employer....

I would return a dodgy camera to the technical support team, explaining in great detail why it wasn't functioning correctly,

and then they would give it a good kicking!

'sigh'

You know me too well although I find moaning and earbashing works a little better - I save kicking for inanimate objects!
