- While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters.
- Please refrain from posting meaningless threads, one word (or short) non-sense posts, or the such.
- Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is not allowed.
- Advertising, spamming and trolling is not allowed. This includes using the forum email, Private message system, signatures and any other means to spam/advertise to other members. If members wish to advertise on this site then there is a clear channel to do so by contacting 01745 356935 and asking to speak to the Advertising Consultant
- Discussion of illegal activities such as software and music piracy and other intellectual property violations are not allowed.
- Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed.
- We reserve the right to remove offensive posts without notice.
- If you are going to post non-English on these forums, please also post an English Translation of your post.
- Posts discussing moderator actions is not allowed.
- Posts arguing about company policies are not allowed.
- You cannot post advertisements or notices for contests.
- Members should post in a way that is respectful of other users.
- PM's and Emails from Management are not to be quoted/posted in threads.
- Any ongoing actions that make more work for the moderators and administrators or regularly annoy other members and require regular moderator action will result in the member being banned
- "Trolling". Do not post in order to anger other members or intentionally cause negative reactions. For a given post, this can be a subjective call, but a pattern of such posting or an especially egregious case will get you banned.
- Knowingly posting false information is prohibited.
- Accounts are to be used by only one person, and not shared between family members, friends or any other people.
- Use your own words. If you wish to use the words of somebody else, quote them, citing the source. Plagiarism is unethical and is illegal in many countries.
- If a poster is banned from posting or accessing the forums that ban includes using another members account or log on details
- The giving of your forum password to anybody else for any reason is strictly prohibited. Anyone discovered doing this will be immediately permanently banned from the Forum, as will the person to whom it was given.
- Any abuse towards our staff and/or management in any form, may result in immediate suspension of your account.
- We reserve the right to ban anyone who wilfully violates the forum rules, as access to our forum is a privilege and not a right.
Also while these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way
